Regional Support Center

Our well established Level 1 and Level 2 support center in Vrsac (Serbia) has extended it's activities. Besides the support, we are now providing development and educational services to customers, partners and developers throughout Eastern Europe - Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Czech, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia and, Slovakia.

Our technical support team is staffed with Red Hat Certified Engineers (RHCE) many of whom hold other IT certifications. No team is more qualified to meet your diverse Red Hat subscription, implementation and migration needs - whenever they arise.

We are also pleased to announce that we can now offer full support in Russian and English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Macedonian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Slovakian and Ukrainian.

Support levels do vary according to your software and the level of service that you have arranged with us.
